Good friend Jeff Barley has written a kind of alternative Christmas song!
He's pretty close to 1000 views on Youtube so please be lovely to him and give it a spin!
Produced here at Shabbey Road by some Al Steele geezer!

Nice to work on a real rocker! A wry observation on what the modern world looks like to someone from the Sixties generation!
Here is Jeff Barley with his commentary on what the world looks like through his eyes!

One of the reasons Al has been in Liberia is to show the world this single!
Released worldwide today. Here is Hegsy and the Elements with The Matsiko Choir and 'Through These Eyes'.

Great fun to be working with these guys. These sessions have reminded me what real rock and roll is!!!

Proof that Al Steele can drive a car and do virtually anything else you like at the same time! When the camera was off he was probably pouring a cup of coffee and writing a new song at the same time!
The Korgis attempt a car pool - what could go wrong?!!
In Pt3 we talk about All Roads Lead to Rome, and our lovely backing vocalists Born To Win.

Great to be back in the studio with these two legends! WHAT ON EARTH ARE WE UP TO?!! Perhaps a new collaboration to mark Jamie's new album release? @Jamie_Pugh71 @AndersonMusicUK
We mentioned a couple of weeks back that Wolfman had muscled in on an Upstairs@ShabbeyRoad session.
When we finally got going again it was to record a couple of songs by great ambient singer-songwriter Mark Davies.
Here is the 1st one-Messing With My Head.

Harmonies run in the entire Korgis family - here is our drummer Paul Smith's (much) better half, Elaine Gilmore showing you all how to do it!
The AMAZING vocals by Elaine and that AMAZING sax in the background from Simon Allen.
