Three times Yogi Berra was voted MVP of AL, twice he was runner-up. That’s a sensational achievement, but even more so when you recognize that Joe DiMaggio was in the same Yankees dugout for the first of those MVP seasons & Mickey Mantle was a teammate for all three.
