说实话，现在 BSC 上的 Meme 币真的太难玩了。
我观察了不少项目，但到目前为止，还是没找到一个真正让我有信心的 Meme 币。
前几天，Elon Musk 发推之后, $GM 成了一个值得关注的名字。但从市场的反应来看，我觉得它的热度和吸引力还不够强，暂时还不足以带来什么实质性的变化。
不过，如果把目光放长远一点，不只盯着 Meme 的短期行情，我依然觉得，AI 是 BSC 上一个值得期待的叙事。
BSC 生态正在围绕 AI 进行不少建设。也许目前市场还没有给予足够的关注，但这并不意味着这个方向已经没有机会了。
$GANG 就是其中一个正在沿着 AI 方向发展的项目。我不敢说它未来一定会成功，但我认为，这是一个值得大家花点时间去了解、持续观察的项目。
当然，以上也只是我个人的一些看法。

🚨 Critical Windows Paint vulnerability allows remote code execution without authentication, CVE-2026-83844
Microsoft has disclosed a high-severity vulnerability in Windows Paint that could allow unauthenticated attackers to execute malicious code remotely without user interaction.
Tracked as CVE-2026-83844, the flaw stems from an out-of-bounds read that could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of affected systems.
The vulnerability carries a CVSS score of 8.1 and affects Microsoft Paint versions earlier than 11.2605.91.0. Microsoft has released a security fix, and administrators are urged to ensure Paint is updated.
There are currently no confirmed reports of active exploitation.

Binance has allocated US$6.34 billion of its own corporate funds to the User Fund. In the current User Fund, BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC have all achieved 100% full reserve backing. We will continue to purchase other altcoin assets that are not yet 100% matched through market and over-the-counter (OTC) channels until the replenishment ratio for all tokens reaches 100%.
We completed a new Proof of Reserves snapshot at 08:00 (UTC+8) on October 31, 2026, and have updated it on the Proof of Reserves website. This snapshot presents the latest fully verified asset position and is part of our ongoing commitment to transparency. Because generating zero-knowledge proofs requires substantial computing resources, it is expected to take approximately 40 to 50 hours. If you hold any of the aforementioned ten tokens, you can independently verify, once the complete proof is generated, that your assets are backed by at least 1:1 full reserves. The complete proof is expected to be published on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (UTC).
The recent security incident at #Binance genuinely concerns me, not just because of its impact on Binance itself, but also because of what it means for the trust millions of users place in the crypto industry.
According to Binance’s official statement, approximately $6.3 billion in assets were potentially affected, with nearly $3 billion frozen onchain.
I appreciate Binance’s initial response, the cooperation of the parties involved, and especially its commitment to fully compensate affected users.
But this is also a reminder that even the largest platforms are not immune to serious security threats.
What matters most to me now is a transparent investigation, effective security improvements, and ensuring that users’ assets are fully protected.
I’ve watched Binance and BNB grow through many different market cycles. I sincerely hope Binance can overcome this challenge and emerge stronger, with even higher security standards.
To me, trust doesn’t mean believing that a platform will never face a crisis. It means having confidence in how that platform takes responsibility and responds when things go wrong.

Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.

My group used to have nearly 900 members. Now, only about 10–15 are still active.
Looking back at the last cycle, most of the money ended up in the hands of a few: launchpads, trading bots, devs, and those running the game.
It was an insane bull cycle. Thousands of memecoins launched, billions of dollars traded, yet you could probably count the people who actually got rich on one hand.
The truth hurts, and not many people are willing to say it out loud.
But I still believe memecoins are far from over.
The next cycle could be different. AI agents may help level the playing field by reducing the advantages of those with better tools, faster execution, and access to information.
No game will ever be completely fair, but we can at least move toward a fairer one.
I hope the next cycle won’t just make the people running the game rich, but also those playing it.
Reading CZ’s latest post about Bitcoin reminded me of something @heyibinance wrote in the foreword to Freedom of Money:
“People smarter than me have already gone all-in. What am I afraid of?”
@cz_binance first discovered Bitcoin in 2013. He later sold his apartment and invested a large part of his wealth in Bitcoin.
By the spring of 2014, #BTC had fallen sharply, and the value of CZ’s holdings had dropped significantly as well.
What impresses me most isn’t how many times Bitcoin eventually went up, but the fact that CZ held onto his conviction when most people were still full of doubt.
Of course, going all-in is extremely risky and not something everyone should follow.
But perhaps that’s why, whenever CZ talks about the times Bitcoin was declared “dead,” this story always comes back to my mind.
Kimchi posted a QR code promoting a new token, and within a short period of time, its market cap surged to around $15 million.
@a1lon9 , the founder of @Pumpfun , also retweeted the post.
But shortly after, Kimchi’s account was reported to have been hacked. The post was deleted, the token was rugged and nearly went to zero. Alon removed his retweet, while @kimchi1x also removed Pumpfun from his bio.
All of this happened within roughly one hour.
The level of chaos in the memecoin market right now is honestly hard to believe.

Two vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) reported for PHP, the web programming language, affecting servers running popular apps like WordPress and Magento, with patches released October 21, 2026 after details leaked early.
Exploitation was confirmed in the wild soon after disclosure, prompting quick WAF protections and patching by IT teams, as unauthenticated attacks could turn visited sites into vectors for credential theft or device exploits.

短短几分钟，接近 4.5 倍。
这个叙事本身就足够让市场疯狂：75% 的代币供应被转进了 KIMCHI 的钱包，有点像之前 Ansem 那类故事被市场迅速放大的方式。
而 @kimchi1x 又被传是那个曾经靠 $TRUMP 赚了 4000 万美元 的大佬。
但直到现在，连大家正在讨论的那个 X 账号，到底是不是本人，都还没有被确认。
真正值得想一想的是：
身份未必是真的，故事也未必是真的。
但在大家还没来得及弄清真相之前，价格已经先跑了。

Binance AI Pro 让我感兴趣的，不只是它能够利用 AI 生成交易策略。
更重要的是，币安正在尝试把复杂的工具变成普通用户也能轻松上手的产品。
我认为这是一个值得持续关注的发展方向。不过，产品的长期价值，最终还是要看实际效果以及风险是否能够得到有效控制。
