This is unbelievable: Maricopa Dems put up a 19-year-old ASU student for the Superior Court clerk position and he won. Sebastian Matta will oversee more than 600 employees and a $65 million budget.
He’s known around campus for wearing a suit to class and has a 3.25 GPA.
