I am at IAC15 (International Astronautical Congress this week to talk about UKube-1 operations, one month after I finished the commanding :)
Off to the @AmsatUK colloquium, to talk about UKube-1. It will be great to meet some of the people who helped me during the year with UKube1

0936 pass for UKube-1 may be fun (FUNcube-2 on I hope), Earth eclipse 0848 to 0921 then Moon eclipse 0931 to 0948. What will temp, power do?
No luck, try again tomorrow
(@AMSAT_UK take note) Going to try and use FUNcube-2 to switch off the UKube-1 beacon. Let me/Steve @strickengremlin know you see it tonight

Launch successful, and I sent commands. Now we are all hard at work looking at telemetry. Some way still to go.
The gangs are all here except @strickengremlin, RAL Space group, CHOB group, @BrightAscension all hoping planned launch goes ahead tonight

Launch getting closer and a busy 2 days working with @strickengremlin. The big question is will the launch cake be bigger than the cubesat?

I'm finding out more about cubesat satellite operations now thanks to Steve (@strickengremlin) and Mark (@BrightAscension) and Darcy (CHOB)

After a long break - did anything change? Oh yes, lego issued a female astronomer figure (and a chemist and anthropologist, congratulations)
Great lunch session - not in the shady garden (high winds and low planes) - very interesting discussion on mentoring issues and experiences.
Our lunch session looks like a challenge for the speaker - it's in a lovely shady garden but with dreadful accoustics. Sound system?
Now at JENAM in Lisbon - women's lunch session on Tuesday and talk in Beyaond IYA2009 session about e-mentoring. Looks like a good meeting.
Finally - most of the presentations from the London Conference are up on the website () - too busy reading them!
She is an Astronomer website will remain, with links to useful resources highlighted in this meeting.
