SHS wants to send a huge thank you to everyone who donated non-perishables to our annual food drive sponsored by Student Council and National Honor Society. We were blessed to collect 3,263 cans. We are so thankful to feed our community with all that we have raised.

The Sheridan School District band concerts will be Tuesday, Dec. 13 at McKenzie Hall. The Band Booster Club will also hold a chili supper prior to the concert. See the attached schedule for times and more details.

Congratulations to Amanda Coleman for winning the first annual SHS Faculty Chili Cook-off!! Her traditional red chili was delicious. We also want to acknowledge the winners in the "other" and homestyle categories -- Beth Vaccaro, Rhonda Grooms, and Denise Carpenter.

Senior Families – Lifetouch will be at graduation taking pictures of graduates with their diplomas. All orders need to be placed online through the Lifetouch website: events.lifetouch.com/
Seniors & Families – We are so excited that Graduation is here! The ceremony will be Friday, May 27 at 7:30 PM at UALR. Doors will open at 6:30 PM. We are planning to livestream the ceremony for those who are unable to attend: youtube.com/watch?v=TAZy2Umh…
Sheridan High School yearbooks are in. We will begin distributing/selling them on Thursday during the school day. We will also distribute/sell them on Tuesday from 8-5 in the main lobby by the high school office. Cost is $50.
Seniors – Remember Senior Breakfast is Wed, May 25 at 8:00 AM in the SHS Cafeteria. We will leave from there for Graduation Practice at UALR & should return to SHS by 1:00 PM. Please follow dress code, as this is a school event. Girls may want to bring their heels to practice in.
Congratulations to Ms. Robbie Keen for being named the SHS Staff Member of the Week! Ms. Robbie always has a smile for students and faculty everyday in the cafeteria. She has a servant's heart that we all benefit from. We love Ms. Robbie!
