Hey just so you know, if you've never been a climate person until now, there are no cliques or in-group rules, you can just become one, immediately, despite the fact that others have done it for decades. Childish human psychology does not belong here - you are more than welcome!

One thing I have learned from friends with fine art careers:
Paying attention to trends and new ways of working is good in the short term, but you can also say fuck it and just do your thing. If you do it for long enough, people notice, because so few people really commit.

Two things I am *begging* media outlets to learn about COVID-19:
1) Ventilation/shared air is the important thing, not disinfectant or 6-foot separation
2) We do not need to see constant images of needles piercing skin -- they are not helping encourage people to get vaccinated

Just a reminder about the difference between a "watch" and a "warning". We're currently in a "Severe Thunderstorm Watch". The ingredients are there for any storms that develop to become strong/severe. We'll be monitoring the radar all day. #WPRIweather #RIwx #MAwx

I’m old enough to remember when vaccine passports were called immunization records and literally no one was pissed at that.

One poll found 84% of parents agreed children should be learning about climate change — but only 45% said they'd actually talked to their kids about it.
Here are tips on how to start the conversation.
