GTA’s “nuanced storyline” still has the same stereotypes you’re complaining about in Hood Warfare. It depicts Black people/culture the same way and lets players perform any actions as a gang member, including murder and other crimes.

GTASA is a Gang RPG. Millions of ppl, black or not developed their understanding of gang culture, black culture, urban culture etc. from this game, It’s many inspirations and the many other iterations that came after it.

Arc has been dead unfortunately and it was the doing of the non competitive, unskilled players who were upset and complaining about being beaten so often they made the Devs focus on all the wrong things durring the meteoric rise of this potentially awesome game.

Every season I have the same experience. 2 accounts same rank and character selection. On my main I have to carry to win, I get throwers and thumbless players and often have to fill since my own team often bans my character or has 3 DPS. On my Alt I’m undefeated and have 0 issues

The biggest condemners of this game struggle to convince me that they even identify with the very culture that they think they’re defending. Well said btw! I’ve been pointing out how young internet 🥷🏾s are trying to play the karen-social post playbook and that’s not how we move.

Rant incoming:
This right here is the reason why most black people can't or won't evolve. Because they have such a hard time disassociating from the worst element within their own community. Ghetto/hood culture is the bane of the black community's existence and any reasonable black person with standards would agree that pookies, ray-rays, niggas, thugs, baby mamma's, hoodrats and welfare queens are what should be excised from not only the black community, but from the world in general. But for what reason do so many black people feel the need to maintain some form of attachment to what is essentially cultural cancer? Arrogant ties to history is my best guess. No matter how obviously degenerate black culture becomes, they will find a way to cosign its existence because "romanticized racism" is somehow far worse.
This game, Hood Warfare, is parody. You don't need to be black or have a degree in black culture to make fun of something that anybody with eyes and ears can discern themselves by simply being exposed to it. These same people enjoy all types of media made by blacks, whites, jews, asians, it doesn't matter. But NOW, THIS TIME all the sudden there's an issue with how this particular piece of media came to be? Not a single nigga had a problem with GTA6's representation of hood culture in the opening cut-scene showcased weeks ago. And I'm positive that the majority of people at Rockstar working on GTA6 aren't black themselves or have some arbitrary "pass" to mock or parody black culture.
The irony here is that black people mirror the meme about how women are never clear or direct on whether or not something okay until AFTER it has happened under dubious circumstances. Which contributes to a certain brand of "fatigue"😏 that has been making the rounds online recently. Oh so X is acceptable here but isn't over here? "Sure! Eminem can say nigga because he's cool but Trump can't because he's racist!... Even though we have established that no white person shouldn't ever be allowed to say it ever?" as an example. It doesn't make any sense. And then, of course, there are black people like myself who don't immediately acquiesce to this faux outrage. I, and those like me, catch hell because apparently not submitting to the victim narrative as a black makes me a race traitor or "coon".
This game doesn't bother me. In fact, I find it quite humourous. Because in my eyes it does not represent what would I consider "black culture". The type of black culture that I would want to represent would get shut down by black people funnily enough. This game does however, bother these guys because they still foolishly cling to and legitimize the cancer that does irreparable damage to the black community. Which of course leads me to question their competence in regard to the "betterment" of the black community. Do they have any at all in my honest opinion? None whatsoever. Cry about racism all you want. This fake moral grandstanding will just ensure that the community you claim to want to uplift will remain left behind.

Ah yes Booty Alchemist, explain why someone else is ignorant*. I bet the use of “K” in your name ain’t even some gang shit 😂
My biggest issue with the conversation around Hood Warfare 2 is that the blk ppl complaining about the game are also larping like they have an understanding of hood culture beyond what media like this very game has thought them.

All 5 DCU projects are bad. Everyone was saying Marvel was dead, they paid RDJ a kings ransom to try and recapture their audience. Please cape for good properties, like maybe Batman.
