Never trust the word of a man who doesn’t even split the G on his first pint of Guinness
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” that people have so much DRAM sitting in their own PCs instead of being used in data centers. “Everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer. And be used 5% of the time,” He argues that cloud data centers should make better use of limited memory supplies instead of people running AI models locally.

This sociopath has the audacity to claim that we should all drink less water, use less power, and consume less RAM for our laptops so that his pyramid company could build more Datacenters to sell his AI slop to nobody while his agents hack banks and companies at will! Jail him!
Sam Altman says its bad that everyone's personal computers are using the world's limited supply of memory chips. "It’s quite terrible to have everybody have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAMs sitting in their own computer, and being used 5% of the time. Like, you want maximum utilization."

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman believes people owning RAM is wasteful, and that it belongs in data centers instead. "From a global allocation perspective, actually, it’s quite terrible to have everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer."

The cost of what 64gb of ram costs now would have gotten you a stellar motherboard, CPU and 32gb of ram 3 years ago We don’t hate him enough

Man with a hot dog stand: is a really bad idea to cook your own hot dogs. Trust me.
sam: local inference is a terrible allocation of scarce resources “a lot of people want local inference, and somehow they assume that the problem is solved now because we have open-source models, we're going to be able to run them on our computers, and so we're not going to need all the stuff in the data centre but from a global allocation perspective, actually it's quite terrible to have everybody, like, have a bunch of the world's limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer and being used five percent of the time you want maximum utilisation in the cloud if you're trying to deal with this very supply-constrained environment somehow many people's intuition is the opposite of that”

Remember the diesel deal Trump made with Putin? Well, the diesel isn't coming to the US because importing Russian fuel has been illegal since 2022. Yet, the US paid for it anyway. The art of the deal, baby.

Trump forcing US companies to buy Russian diesel while Putin wages war on the entire western world, a historic low for the White House.
NEWS: Trump admin officials want US companies to accept the Russian diesel currently crossing the Atlantic. But American firms want nothing to do with it. They’re very scared of the legal and reputational risk, industry sources tell me and @jstein_sun washingtonsun.com/whitehouse…

I get why people hate EA. I hate EA. But the number of people who are in denial about how much BioWare caused their own demise is hilarious. Not to mention all the people who wish EA never bought BioWare as if EA didn't literally save BioWare.

It is worth playing both because they are two completely different characters. The lines may be the same, but the performance paints a very different picture. Of those two, I think he-V is clearly more fun. She-V's delivery is aggressive and tense in almost every situation. She is sarcastic when discussing her weaknesses, and angry and confrontational when speaking with rivals. He-V delivers his more fearful or intimate lines with sincerity and vulnerability, while always adopting a cocky, confident tone with rivals, the exact opposite of she-V. The result is that she-V comes across as a scared kid lashing out. This isn't an inherently bad idea of a protagonist, but I much prefer he-V's seemingly bulletproof, Han Solo-esque charming rogue, who is doing his best to conceal his dread of his impending doom. He's both more charismatic and more complicated.
Which Cyberpunk 2077 V is better? I actually have done more playthroughs as female V but Male V gets Panam tho…
