One of my favourite sessions today on navigating career pivots in nephrology. A few messages from her talk: @pastorsoler @womeninnephro Some things are plastic and some are glass, it’s on us to know the difference. Career pivots can be intentional. Make time for what matters, delegate what you can, and let go of what doesn’t. And perhaps the most important reminder: You can have a career and a family, but you cannot do it alone. Ask for help. Ask often.
