Smarter Web Company shares are bought to beat bitcoin: the London firm is meant to raise the bitcoin per share each year.
Its filings show the reverse: bitcoin per share fell 8.3% since April, and the share costs 30% more than its bitcoin.

The holding has already paid once. On 23 July the company sold 177.89 BTC at $65,762, 39% below its average cost, to repay a $11.7m convertible loan two weeks early.
When the capital structure got tight, the bitcoin was the cash box.
