Sigma Lithium has temporarily paused mining and industrial production while awaiting a ruling by the Federal Court of Appeals. The Company remains focused on advancing its growth plans and maintains its FY27 guidance of 330,000 tonnes of lithium oxide concentrate, while postponing its 12-month 240,000-tonne guidance by three months. During the temporary pause, commercial and recycling operations continue, maintaining the circularity of 100% of dry-stacked tailings through the sale of high-purity lithium fines, generating cash flow and supporting the Company’s ability to self-fund during this period. Sigma Lithium remains an important economic engine in the Jequitinhonha Valley, supporting 19,000 direct and indirect jobs and approximately 80,000 people across 12 municipalities.
