You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist. Trader

All in for 2 days. 18h each. no planning, no distractions. just relentless work/focus and see how far you get. you'd probably surprise yourself.

Note to myself: it's never been easier to acquire knowledge, but also never been easier to get distracted and spend your days getting nowhere. you know what you need to do, but you'd rather keep planning and studying how to do it than actually doing the work. just start. how you start isn't how you'll finish anyway. you'll figure things out and refine as you gain experience.

You can push yourself through a brutal workout, run for hours, do all the physically hard things. Yet still avoid a 5-minute uncomfortable conversation. Trading is no different. Being able to handle physical discomfort doesn't mean you can handle emotional discomfort.

Your next breakthrough might not come from learning something new, but from consistently executing what you already know.

50 days of silence starts now. You don’t transform by repeating what made you comfortable. If everything you trained for was comfort, why would discomfort ever feel natural? Silence. Work. Become.

Stocks have probably been where I’ve spent the most time this year Coming from crypto, they move painfully slow. But that’s also part of why I like them You have time to do the work, i trade sector rotations. Go through sectors. Use volume active! Look for what’s been dead. What people stopped caring about. What narrative could bring attention back. Then see if price is quietly building something before the story becomes obvious. That’s where Wyckoff gets really interesting in stocks. Right now these areas are interesting to me. Reactors / energy. AI biotech. Both fit late cycle. Reactor/Energy has underperformed this year, while the AI power problem keeps getting bigger. AI biotech is almost the opposite. Hard to price, easy to dream about. If that narrative catches, valuation can get stupid very fast. Moderna already gave the space its first real catalyst. $OKLO $SDGR few of the charts I’m watching VWAP + Volume profile 💆🏻

I mainly trade MTF/HTF That’s where I have built the strongest part of my game I have structure I trust my plan I can sit through noise without needing to touch everything This year I’ve spent a lot more time daytrading Nasdaq Not because I want to become a daytrader Because LTF brings out the worst in me Revenge overtrading breaking rules forcing entries wanting it back immediately after a stop For years I moved away from it because I didn’t really know how to fix it I tried willpower I have a lot of that But willpower runs out And when it runs out, you don’t fail small You fail big So now I treat the psychology the same way I treat a chart I map it The buildup the trigger what changed in my body what thought showed up what I wanted to do next what usually comes after I look for patterns in myself the same way I look for patterns in price And every time I get the thought that maybe I’ll never figure this out, I acknowledge that too That’s part of it The goal is to catch it earlier First after the damage Then during Then before That’s progress And one of the biggest things that makes the psychological side easier is real confidence in your strategy Not confidence because you told yourself you’re good Evidence Backtest it forward test it read charts save screenshots study them go back through them Do enough reps that you start seeing things before you can fully explain why That’s intuition And when you genuinely trust what you’re trading, psychology becomes a very different game If you don’t trust your edge, every stop feels like a threat If you do, it’s just another trade
