I'm a uni professor. I print class worksheets on both white and coloured papers; coloured ones easier to read due to lower contrast. While distributing them in class, I give coloured ones to my better students and white ones to the bad students who never participate.

Was headhunted for a job and they asked what I'd need to take it. I said: 100k per year, working from home and the budget to hire one other person. They agreed, so I took the job, hired a person to do it and haven't "worked" in 4 years.

Sounds petty and ridiculous but when we get a tin of Quality Street in work me and a colleague take all the red ones because they're the boss's favourite.
