For those that followed me from the polyamory post, here's a reminder:
In poly, a partner's jealousy is a signal, not a crisis. It does not mean that any partners are doing something wrong and you don't need to feel guilty if any partners are feeling jealous.
Jealousy is a normal, human emotion - there's no such thing as a "bad" emotion. It doesn't require any action to be taken, in most cases. A conversation? Sure. Support? Absolutely.
Jealousy isn't something that is just fixed or relieved, because it's not about anyone else - it's about the person experiencing it and their thoughts and emotions and insecurities. It's okay to feel jealous, but it's not okay to let that jealousy dictate what others do, be that your partners or otherwise. We can support you as you feel jealousy, but we can't control other people's actions or emotions.
It's a very normal thing to encounter in poly/enm/open relationships. Jealousy should open the door to self-reflection and understanding, both of oneself and of one's dynamics. It should never become a reason to restrict others, otherwise it becomes a slippery slope to control and discomfort of all involved parties.
I hope this sheds some light on those that see poly and think "I'd get way too jealous or possessive" or wonder "How do you not get jealous" because the truth is that most people do. And that's okay!

💜 lil streaming update 🥺💜
I figured I should probably explain my disappearing act lately LOL
I wanna apologize for the long waits between streams lately. I haven't really been in the best headspace, and I've had quite a bit going on both IRL and online that's made me want to just kinda hide away in my room and keep to myself. (nothing bad just a lot lol)
I'm doing better than I was, but my depression and anxiety have been very much on and off, and right now I have way too much on my mind. Between work and everything else going on, there are days where I'm just completely mentally drained.
So until around May next year, my streams are probably going to be very much peekaboo 👀 what's up, I'm back! ...and now I'm gone again LMAO 😭
I am NOT quitting streaming. I still love streaming and I still want to be here with you guys. I just don't want to force myself to stream when I'm exhausted or mentally not there, because I'd rather stream when I actually have the energy to enjoy it with you guys. 💜
So for now, streams are gonna be a little more sporadic. I'll pop in when I have the energy and actually feel like I can enjoy being here.
BUTTTT I have been on a little VRC GRIND lately 👀 and I've also been working on a surprise behind the scenes... :3
So even if I'm not streaming as much, I'm still lurking around and working on things hehe. You'll just have to wait and see what I've been cooking. >:3
