So good to be back in the Boise @DeptVetAffairs system. No appointment, 5 minutes from my ass hitting a chair to a rep. 10 more minutes and I’m registered, reassigned to my old care team ( I’ve been gone 6 years), and a new ID card. Before I’m even back out of town, Team calls to schedule initial appointment, which is 4 days away. It could’ve been 3, but I had other stuff going on. ID card promised within 14 days, it showed up in 5. Even with population growth and construction madness, Boise VA is unbelievably good.
