For me, it was my very first investment property, a bank foreclosure I purchased in 2005.

I still have a copy of my first rent check because this is how I started my RE career and building generation wealth💵. After investing in my first house I continued to invest in more real estate and rental properties. What a journey it's been!
Now I'm here to share more of that journey, lessons learned and continue to learn and learn from this amazing community!

The 08-09 financial crisis will have a lasting effect for 2 more generations.
There isn't enough housing supply for young people to have opportunities to buy a home.
There's no flood of new inventory on the horizon & existing homeowners have zero incentive to move.
