Meine Familie mit 7-Jährigem und Baby wurde gerade vom Schaffner aus der @DB_Bahn geworfen, weil sie kein Ticket fürs Kinderfahrrad hatten. Wir hatten ein solches Ticket dazu buchen wollen, aber es ging nicht, weil keine Plätze mehr frei waren.

@DB_Bahn Vielleicht sollten Sie mal darüber nachdenken, ob solche Aktionen Ihrer Zugbegleiter*innen wirklich dazu beitragen, das Renommee der Bahn wiederherzustellen. Das ist wirklich unfassbar.

Die Zugbindung für die Verbindung war übrigens sowieso aufgehoben worden, weil die Anschlüsse nicht garantiert werden konnten und ein zusätzlicher Umsteigepunkt verordnet wurde. Stuttgart 10:51 ICE 690 nach Berlin.
