Very much enjoying the irony of writing a job post for a Hiring Operations role this week, whilst also struggling to pick a good ATS to hire it on 😂
Trying to get a basic ATS going so we can publish job roles and run a good process, but finding most products are either pretty basic, or require account managers to get anything set up and aren't self-serve. What's the applicant tracking system we should be using in 2021?

A2 Personally, I get tired of always having cake, cookies, etc. Add some healthy food, too. :) Boosts productivity & health. #hbrogue

A2 I like team lunches and office lunches, potluck ones even. Just a cake or donuts for birthdays, anniversaries. #HBRogue
