Nigeria is far better than the way many Nigerians talk it down to foreigners.
Yes, we have our challenges, but that doesn't mean there are no opportunities worth exploring.
For example, look at our real estate sector, particularly land. There are locations today that many people overlook simply because they haven't recognised their potential. Some areas that are considered remote today could become attractive investment destinations as infrastructure, businesses and development expand.
This doesn't mean every piece of land in Nigeria is a good investment or that every location will appreciate. It means you shouldn't dismiss an opportunity simply because of where it is today.
Learn to look beyond the present state of a location, but never invest blindly based on what you hope it will become.
Nigeria has opportunities, but identifying them requires information, patience and proper due diligence.
