Iโd look very closely at the Bundesliga Managers. German or alike nationality.
Germany produce good managers & are defensively strong, have an ethos which seems to be methodical.
Iโd look at Freiburg manager - Schuster
Or Urs Fischer at Mainz
My belief is we do not have British managers who really offer us progressive Football with a style thatโs good to watch or exciting. They set up to nullify a team & nick a goal if they can.
