sometimes you don’t realise how deeply jealousy has surrounded and affected you until you look back, especially if it’s been from a young age coming from people you loved. you become immune to it at some point and yeah, that may protect you, but it hides the hurt which can be a gift and a curse. so recognise it, but never let it make you doubt yourself. use it as fuel to keep becoming.

I cant even name 5 songs from Curtis
50 Cent reflects on dropping his album "Curtis" on the same day that Ye released "Graduation," claiming that JAŸ-Z did everything he could at Def Jam to make sure Ye won the first-week sales battle:
"I lost to Def Jam... He pushed the button at Def Jam while he's the president, and it was the right move."
"They did everything they could do to get that Kanye record into a good space, and it worked."

If Jay-Z dropped an album TODAY I’d listen. From front to back. If 50 Cent dropped an album today I’d go about my day and let the folks tell me how funny this nigga sounds. End of discussion.
