Under the public figure doctrine and the First Amendment, once information is public (posted on social media, discussed by others in public, reported in entertainment news, etc.), blogs, YouTubers, and commentators have the right to discuss and give commentary on it, analyze it, and give opinions on it.
A celebrity does not get veto power over that coverage just because they dislike the tone, the focus, or the fact that it’s happening at all.

Blogs and YouTubers covering public information about public celebrities is standard, protected free speech.
Celebrities trying to make popular known blogs “stop” is usually an attempt at control, not a reflection of what the law allows. The law sides with the right to discuss what’s already public.
They tolerate (or ignore) coverage from big outlets like The Shade Room or Akademiks but single out smaller or specific creators they dislike. Double standards 🥴🤭
You’re rich enough that you never have to think about my channel again, but you’re still watching it and trying to get it taken down by lying and making false reports to YouTube. That’s you constantly checking something that bothers you, staying on edge about it, and replaying it in your head over and over. You’re making yourself mad on purpose because your feelings got hurt and you want to stay in control and feel important.
I’m not taking any money from you. I’m not putting your private information out there. I’m just talking about stuff that’s already public. You have the money and the freedom to ignore me completely and live your life, but you won’t.
You act like you’re better than everybody and use your money and power to try to control people. Then you get on TikTok every day complaining that your fans don’t love you or support you, even though that’s so far from the truth. I’ve recognized That’s how you do things.
You use people when it’s beneficial for you and If you can’t control somebody, you try to get rid of them or harm them or the way they feed their families instead of just moving on with your rich ass lifestyle and being humble for the things you prayed to GOD for, once upon a time. I see all that money has finally gotten to your head and changed you. Someone needs to let you know That’s evil and wrong and GOD don’t bless no mess!!
