So.... something happen....
Ok, I did something last light night I have never done, bought a Non Red Pokemon, (#PokemonViolet), and I only got it because I thought the Scarlet Vehicle Not being a bike looked Dumb. And I got a #Armarouge and #Ditto in #WonderTrade. Just figured out... Egg... and this is my forth Egg.... A #SHINYCHARCADET!!!!
I only started because I wanted my Cat Starter last night. I then walked to the School, and started to leave when I unlocked Picnic. I'm like 2Hours!!!!!

Super Mario Bros. Deluxe - Gameboy Color
If it weren't for the cropped screen, which makes this game a near pixel-perfect recreation of the original NES Super Mario Bros., Deluxe would be my preferred version. It is a brilliant port loaded with features, including an addicting Challenge mode that offers a Score Attack and plenty of items to hunt for. The Score Attack, in particular, adds a whole new element of strategy and effectively utilizes the score system that has been a part of Super Mario since the NES original. Additionally, there are a variety of achievement-style unlockables, and notably, most of The Lost Levels game is also unlockable.
Somehow, I missed the fact that The Lost Levels could be unlocked when I originally played this game extensively in the late '90s. During this playthrough, I decided to go for it. I kind of hate The Lost Levels, and I consider ourselves fortunate to have received our version of Super Mario Bros. 2 back in the day. The Lost Levels demands 100% platforming accuracy, leaving little room for improvisation or mistakes. Worst of all, it trolls the player, including moments where it presents an invincible star that you're NOT supposed to grab because you need to bounce off a Paratroopa after successfully jumping off a spring to cross a chasm with an unseen end. It's quite nasty. Also, despite playing Super Mario Bros. for nearly my entire life and being able to beat the original game in less than 6 minutes, I still struggle to perfectly execute a jump off a springboard. A lifetime of Super Mario and I still can't nail the timing.
Well, the Challenge mode was a hell of a lot of fun! That is the real highlight of this game anyway.
