Cancelled my @AmazonUK prime membership. Waited in for an order that didn't turn up. Phoned and got told my payment was declined, rang the bank and it wasn't even tried. Rang back and got told the reason was because it wasn't in stock, so why was I lied too? Continued...

Bank is worth £5? Think I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon family music cancelled, Amazon prime cancelled. Worst customer service ever, never had a representative flat out lie and blame a bank before. This really needs investigating @AmazonHelp
