The Weekly Grind - Oct 27, 2026 is now live!
It's the last week of The Curse of Morg. We've got new Weekly tasks, band shirts have hit the Extravert Shop, we're finalizing the judging for the Welcome Realistic Contest and The Curse of Morg Screenshot contest, and we've got an updated Known Issues list plus some sick community content.

We fixed an issue where some users could get stuck at 14/15 on "Unlock all items from the Altars of Morg" in the Curse of Morg Ch 2 Bounties. You'll need to log back into the game, and you'll be good to go for the Bounty.

The Curse of Morg is now live, and the ferry to the Isle of Morg has returned to San Van. Head to the Isle for the next part of the event.

The influence of Morg has gone beyond San Van and Grom, and he's started to activate Proximity Chat (only on Isle of Morg).
By default, it's disabled; you can turn Prox Chat on by heading to Settings - Audio - and flipping the toggle (similar to Party Chat). If you're not seeing Prox Chat options yet, try re-entering the Isle as it rolls out.
To prepare for The Curse of Morg event, starting on October 16, 9:50 a.m. PDT, players will be disconnected from skate. and will need to log back in.

With 0.32.0, skate. received PS5 Pro Enhanced Certification, with the following enhancements:
→ Ability to switch between 60 and 120fps
→ Increased resolution
→ Better ray tracing and global illumination quality
→ Better shadow and texture quality
→ Improved motion blur
→ We auto-detect 120hz TVs and set it to that framerate
This is specifically for the PS5 Pro.

We're investigating some tracking issues for Spotlight Challenges. Players are noting they're not getting the Tix for completing the Spotlight Challenge. Through our testing, we've found a workaround: the Tix will show up after you complete a Spotlight Challenge if you change zones (from San Van to Grom, etc.) or relog into the game. The team will continue working towards a solid fix, and we'll keep you updated.
