Caught sight of another “wellness” judging panel today. N=21 judges, over 50% white, blonde females. Not one female black or Asian judge. It is 2019 and representation matters. What are the odds that these people will pick more people like them?

I have written to @Jacob_Rees_Mogg to express my sincere disappointment and show my support for doctors across the country, particularly @djnicholl.
Doctors are amongst the most trusted people in our country; it is worth listening to what they have to say with respect.

Peripheral streaks, hyperpigmented blotches and shiny white structures on polarised dermoscopy are sssociated with increased risk for nodal involvement compared with melanomas with similar Breslow thickness. These patients would benefit from long term follow up.
