Skyefs

I wanted to explain some about why I’m trying to get the IP now rather than when the agency closure happened. The reveal that the agency may be closing was very sudden for us all, and put me under immense stress. Not knowing if I was going to lose my job and everything I worked for over something out of my control. I’m not good with stress at all, and it really took over at the time. I’d started to associate Chio with the stress and felt, at the time, that I wanted nothing to do with her. There were other reasons too, such as wanting a more petite model, the throne goal for Rebbi’s model (who was initially going to be a side project alongside Chio and was never a backup plan for a corpo closure) being funded unexpectedly, and a fresh start just feeling like what was right for me then. But the stress was the biggest one, I think. And after having months away from all of that, having time to process my feelings, I slowly came to realize I missed Chio a lot. I started to question if I made the right decision on which path to take, and regretted not trying for Chio. So a month ago, I started reaching out to my CEO about possibly buying her back, and it worked out well! We had a brief meeting to get it sorted, and now I just need the funds. I know some people may think it’s weird to try after so long, but I’ve had months to think on it. I think this is the last chance we’ll get for Chio, and I think I’ll regret not trying. I don’t want to regret that. So I want to try!! I appreciate everyone’s support, even just the hype about the announcement! Thank you so much!! And I hope the fundraiser will go well!! 💚
