A Box Full of Murders: Death at the Museum is a whodunnit masterpiece: meticulously planned, it’s an enthralling, immersive thriller where readers helps Ava & Luke discover the truth through messages, school workbooks, records, secret recordings & letters.

Tim Curry died today. Our family have a truly weird obsession with the movie Clue. It’s a truly sad day but our family chat is going off quoting lines from this brilliant movie and that is quite a happy thing.
Haven’t seen my watch in three days and something tells me it’s do to with this guy… if you were a beagle puppy where would you hide all my stuff?
My mom is up for a visit. Taking her out for a meal and she’s dressed up in a lovely orange dress.
“You look nice mom… just like a solero!”
Apparently this is not a compliment.
Arrived in Portugal 🇵🇹 today. Unfortunately our bags did not. The first time it’s happened in my 40 years so can’t really complain. Found a bar to watch the final! Come on Spain! 🇪🇸
First half term as a headteacher done. Have really enjoyed the challenge and a challenge it has been at times. Great staff and great children and feel I can make a real difference - hopefully the better. But for now… Summer time!!!!

My #PictureBookFriday is 1 of the most important stories in recent years, The Line. A sensitive exploration about Partition from both sides, it poses such an excellent question to the reader. 1 of my favourite picture books of 2026! Thanks @scholasticuk

Four weeks of headship and I could already write a book on the things I’ve dealt with 😂😂 Really enjoying it though… kinda looking forward to the summer holidays when they come at the same time. It’s a crazy job but good for the soul on the most part.
On my first day as head I went and introduced myself to every class. I said things like ‘if you see me lost in the corridor please help me find my way’ etc… since that time I get asked if I’m lost about 50 times a day. Even when I’m sat in my office! 😂Kids are brilliant!
