I could only marvel at his luminous sewer. Moon guts ribboning below the throbbing city. Light curdling where it rasped my skin, tearing apart in my hands like wet paper. My mouth left sluicing at the grate for a hard dark truth, less godly-wet. Like glass, like the edge of rain.

Hilma af Klint, selected paintings. I knownher work is everywhere nowadays but nothing brightens my mood on a rainy day like seeing her work.

It’s yet another carefree day and I’m crushing velvet with the Kalamov sisters in a one-bed flat. These two ornaments of shapeliness have boiled egg heads that #taper at the top. They giggle at my Stallone impressions and prod my naughty bits with tuning forks. #vss365

Up here, the road at dusk was a long grey ribbon someone had forgotten to tie anything to. Swifts in the tailwind had turned miles back. Cold pines, wet tar, radio slipping between stations. Then the rain, like a lost broadcast, barely arriving. #vss365 #road #tailwind #turn
