There's a commentary track that said something like "The Reason the show looked good was because Japan refused to cut corners on literally anything. They would air brush the frost on Mr. Freeze's helmet EVERY single frame. They went bankrupt right after"

It’s very hard to not respect Torishima when most stories I hear about him are just him figuratively dragging his nuts across people’s foreheads for the greater good

FINALLY! We actually have an interview actually giving a reason as to why Toei Yu-Gi-Oh did not continue. "Kataoka: Yes. It was handled by Dentsu, and they canceled the broadcast because they said it wasn't getting good viewership ratings."

Quite literally every copy of the game came with the PokéWalker
Raspy@CEOofPower22h
I watched her video and the only thing that really irked me was the “you can actually get new Pokemon early” part of the video and then like a good amount of the examples need the pokewalker which not everyone has

Sorry, call me a boomer or whatever but I'm not going into buy into the argument that HGSS are the "worst Pokémon games ever" just because Game Freak didn't design them around unemployed losers with no lives blasting through them in a single weekend

I had one friend who was a professional voice actor and he was one of the best. Eric Bauza used to come on my podcast back in 2010 through 2013. We'd chat online, especially about comic book-related roles he's had like Storm Shadow, Destro, Splinter. I'm heartbroken to learn he passed away. Wishing his family and young son all the condolences and love in the world.

no continuity aside from g1 seems to nail this part of his character. ultra magnus being unintelligent and unwilling to lead were such charming, realistic attributes, and they made him a great foil to rodimus if you ask me.
🧡 BLAME NEO@_tiedsh0es10h
Ultra Magnus actually being kinda stupid is important to me. He's the rep for the guys who study all they can, do everything right, but just can't apply it in a way that makes them outstanding.

FYI robots often have "bikini" designs because without that, your eye can get lost on their body lines and confuse where their body is relative to itself XJ9, Transformers, Astroboy, Malice here, even Bastion and Zenyatta from overwatch follow that design philosophy
