For a player who's been at the club for a while now, watched the team win two major trophies and still has zero medals to show for it, I'd expect him to be the most serious and lock in. Instead, he's always laughing around like he's there for a comedy show or something.

In this league, to win a big team you’ve got to put your best foot forward. Unfortunately we have a coach who lacks that understanding.
You saw that the game was heading into penalties and you took out Caicedo and Welbeck, two good penalty takers for Barco and Emegha who both inevitably missed their penalties.
Let’s even say that Caicedo and Welbeck wasn’t working anymore and you needed fresh legs, then what stopped you from introducing either Quenda or Estevao. Both are good penalty takers.
