The Pentagon predicted a #UFO wave in 1948. The declassified record shows it arrived on schedule, and that the same operation has repeated for six decades. Buried in the same declassification drop is a contradiction between two memos sent on consecutive days that November, both carrying the same officer's name: one asking Sign for its conclusions, the next warning the Navy that a new wave was already on its way.
