🔰 Brownfield industrial site outside the DFW ozone nonattainment counties. On-site gas generation falls under PSD, not nonattainment NSR with offsets/LAER. That means no buying scarce emission credits and no strictest-in-class control mandates, so permitting is faster, cheaper and more predictable. Speed to power is the biggest bottleneck in AI infrastructure.
🔰 Pipelines and power infrastructure are already on site. Four transmission lines cross the south side and tie into three on-site interconnections. That's why it can move faster than greenfield projects, even with the current TCEQ pause. $BGDE

When we built @SluiceyPool we weren't trying to build a new business to make money on, we wanted to solve a problem we saw coming 5 miles down the road. As the price of $ZEC builds, 2-3% pool cost becomes an unreasonable expense. As $BTC mining OG's we've seen this play out before. If you're currently paying @ViaBTC @luxor @f2pool @pool2miners all I can ask is is why? Stats on the cost difference of running 1 G/Sol below. Texas Load House, has entered into a strategic LOI with Tensor IQ establishing a framework to develop and commercialize up to 17 MW of AI/HPC capacity.
✔️ Up to 17 MW of gross power capacity planned for Tensor IQ
✔️ Initial deployment planned for 7,748 NVIDIA B300 GPUs
✔️ Infrastructure designed for AI training and inference
✔️ Targeted to be in service by Q2 2027
Subject to definitive agreements and full utilization, the LOI’s indicative terms represent ~$546M of power-lease-related revenue to TLH over the initial 15-year term, with the potential to reach approximately $1.07B over 25 years if both extension options are exercised.
This represents another important step in moving our Texas Load House project from site development toward an operating AI infrastructure campus
