My nail tech just lost a loyal customer over TWENTY MINUTES, and honestly, I expected better treatment! I’d booked a 10 a.m. appointment but stopped at a bakery and arrived at 10:22. She said she could still do a basic polish, but there wasn’t enough time for my nail extensions because another client was booked at 11:30.
