This last 15 months has been the hardest I have worked in my life. This level of discipline I did not know existed. If you’re out and suffering depression and stuck, just know you aren’t alone and change is possible. I’m here for anyone that needs help on their own journey.
After dropping 100lbs the last 14 months I ran a 20km mountain race and a 10km race this month. Thanks @Brodiesmith21 for the inspiration.
Disc golf was a huge part of it.

Regardless of the price point this is must try for cannabis enthusiasts.

I’m down 40lbs the last 3 months
and my game has improved drastically. Keep inspiring.
The 1g G-Wagon PR by @VicCannabisCo is the best PR
I have had in the shop and in my lungs.
Perfect execution of flower, roll, and experience.
Burned perfect, oil ring was consistent, ash was white, filter is what we all want.
Respect the effort and care.
A pleasure to smoke.
As a 42 year old who grew up just north of Toronto this man had a big effect on my formative years. Basketball was my life and watching this all unfold in real
time was a true blessing. Thanks @mrvincecarter15 for everything.
Enjoy tonight!
My wife loves using a netti pot. She convinced me to try it the other day. I poured a bunch in and nothing came out. So here I am feeling like Jacques Cousteau for the last 48 hours. Being 41 years old is filled with all
kinds of new experiences.
Found some time to get the set up clean. Weed store life is a hustle and days off are rare, but made the most of today.
New drop from @SweetgrassCann1 just available on the LDB for my BC cannabis peeps!
Show your customers what real cannabis looks and feels like.
