The criticism that WWE isn’t a wrestling company anymore and that they’re a entertainment company first would make sense if that wasn’t always the case. They’ve been telling you that for 30+ years. It’s no different now than it was in 1985, your tastes have just changed.

This honestly is a weekend I will look back for years as one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten to spend 24/7 with my wife and the best kid you could ever ask for, without having to leave them to go work. WWE filled the void I needed it to. It’s been incredible.

I know no matter what happens, I’ll figure out my job situation. But what an absolute blessing it’s been to be with the best woman in the world and a totally badass kid through all this.

So yea, @EdgeRatedR is back, and I am fucking thrilled.
I’ve been really uninterested in the WWE product for a while, busy with a lot of other stuff. But I can’t ever skip Wrestlemania. I got laid off last week, and without WWE, this weekend would have been brutal. Just always there for me when I need it.

I’ve spent the last week writing letter after letter to government representatives, corporate lawyers, other doctors, and executive leadership boards. It’s been a brutal week. It feels so good to write something happy.
The way @WWE has modernized its training techniques to treat these people as athletes, and not competition body builders, is a hugely underreported and underrated paradigm shift in the business.

But for real, all of the spoilers, rumors, leaks, and that bullshit have actually ruined the business far more than any other bullshit those guys say have ruined the business.

Edge has always been one of my favorites since he debuted. This just solidifies him as an all-timer in my mind.
