I am a very patient man 💀😂
as a current founder who has had their protocol try to be farmed, I can tell you without a doubt these IP username farmers are in Nigeria. Same with CLONE and the puzzle piece one.

Someone somewhere genuinely believes that @a16zcrypto removing “crypto” from their name means crypto is cooked. 😂 If only you knew how much value some of these guys have extracted from this industry over the years, you'd probably see things differently. The way I see it, some of them aren't necessarily leaving because crypto is dying. They're facing an industry that's becoming more aware of how the game has been played. Communities are asking tougher questions, and founders genuinely interested in building for the long term are becoming more careful about who they bring onto their cap tables. Whenever I read some of these takes on CT, I can almost immediately tell who has a short memory and who wasn't around during the peak of the last bull market, let alone the one before it. The same way certain meme launchpads turned memecoins into an extraction machine is the same way some VCs spent years extracting enormous value from this industry. Some of you genuinely have no idea what crypto used to look like. 😂 We had memecoins running to $30B+ market caps. People used to farm projects across multiple wallets, qualify for airdrops and get rewarded without every single participant being labelled a “Sybil,” “low-value user,” or whatever new terminology teams invented to justify cutting community allocations. Before Hyperliquid and many of today's popular perp DEXes, there was dYdX. People literally went to bed and woke up to five- and six-figure airdrops. No endless “announcement of an announcement.” No months of moving goalposts. No making users feel like criminals for participating early. Just projects rewarding the communities that helped them grow. I'm not saying everything was perfect back then. Far from it. But this idea that crypto suddenly became better because communities were taught to accept crumbs while insiders walked away with the biggest bags is ridiculous. And now that the industry is beginning to question those practices, some people are interpreting every shift as a sign that crypto is finished. Maybe crypto isn't dying. Maybe the era of unchecked extraction is finally being challenged. Maybe the market is actually healing. That's how I see it. Deal with it. 🫡

Isn't it funny how some of the projects getting “hacked” are the same ones that have struggled to attract users or gain meaningful traction for years? 😂 Instead of shutting down gracefully and calling it a day, some of these teams would rather have everyone wondering whether the latest “hack” was just an exit strategy disguised as a security breach. I'm not saying every hack is an inside job, but some of these coincidences deserve serious scrutiny. One rule I've learned in crypto: Never leave your funds sitting indefinitely in old, abandoned or barely active protocols. If a project has had little to no traction for a long time, the team has gone quiet, and there's no meaningful development, seriously reconsider your exposure. Don't wait until the next “unfortunate security incident” to remember your funds are still there. 😂 Protect your capital. Always NFA, DYOR.

A few weeks after Variational announced its TGE plans and allocated a whopping 33% of its token supply to the community, Extended has followed suit with a 30% community allocation. 🔥 Every single one of us should be grateful to the Hyperliquid team for setting a new standard in this industry. Without Hyperliquid, these founders would've successfully convinced everyone that allocating 30% of a token's supply to the community would somehow kill the token. 😂 That's the same narrative we've been fed for years, while some teams allegedly dumped their own tokens into oblivion through exchanges and even went as far as secretly reserving portions of supposed community airdrops for themselves, as we've seen alleged with projects like @union_build and others. They made farmers look like the problem while conveniently ignoring their own actions. Hyperliquid changed that narrative, and now we're watching other projects follow its example. Expect more generous community airdrops going forward. I genuinely believe this is becoming the new standard. TGE SEASON IS UPON US! 🫡🔥 Prismax, Gradient, DAWN, Getoro and the rest of you... It's time to announce those TGEs. The community is waiting! 🤝

If you're a founder in Web3, please reconsider every single decision your team makes that could seriously impact your project before rushing to drop that tweet. Attention, bullish momentum and community confidence are currencies in Web3. Once you've earned them, do everything reasonably possible to protect them. The moment you lose community consensus and confidence, it's almost over. Nobody cares how hyped your project was yesterday. CT will forget about you and move on to the next shiny narrative without looking back. Builders should focus on building. Leave marketing to people who actually understand marketing and community psychology. It's honestly embarrassing watching founders repeat the same mistakes over and over again. At this point, it's almost like everyone is following the same stupid script: ➜ Build massive hype. ➜ Deliver a genuinely cool product. ➜ Announce attractive incentives and get the community fully invested. ➜ Drop one mindless announcement that completely screws over the same people who believed in you from day one. ➜ Feign ignorance, act like you've just made some genius strategic decision, and pretend nobody else is smart enough to understand your grand vision for the future. It's disgusting. You spend months or years building trust, only to destroy it with one announcement that probably sounded brilliant in your internal team meeting. 😂 Can we PLEASE allow something that's already working to keep working? Why must founders constantly feel the need to fix what was never broken in the first place? Sometimes, the smartest decision you can make is to stop trying to outsmart your own community.

Just got something for my txflow community. Stay tuned 🤝 $3K up for grabs 💰
You don't need to farm 100 projects to outperform the KOLs you admire. Sometimes, all it takes is 2 or 3 solid plays, early positioning and serious consistency. 🫡 If you're still hunting for opportunities, here are 3 projects I'd be paying attention to: ➜ TxFlow | Perps farming For those still interested in farming perpetual trading platforms, TxFlow is one to consider. My referral code: "TXSMARTVITA" Only the first 50 users qualify for the early referral boost and additional benefits. Early birds have the advantage here. 👀 ➜ Risex | Perps farming Another project to consider if you're positioning around the perps farming narrative. My referral code: "tek" ➜ Metric .xyz | Early infrastructure opportunity This one is a different play from the perps platforms. Metric has recently opened public access to retail users, with a points-based program reportedly in the works and a potential TGE further down the line. The opportunity here is getting familiar with the platform and positioning before broader attention arrives. My referral code: "smartecvitalik" Currently offers a 10% points boost, with more referral boosts potentially coming. Here's the bigger point: You don't need to chase every new shiny project on CT. Pick 2 or 3 opportunities you genuinely believe in, understand what you're farming, manage your costs and stay consistent throughout the year. I'll repeat it again: you might just outperform those KOLs you've been envying. 😂 Referral codes are completely optional. Use them if the benefits make sense for you. Less farming noise. More intentional positioning.

I am seriously bullish on Ascend 👀 There's literally no better time to get involved in this ecosystem than now pre-mainnet ✅️
Ascend is committing up to $250,000 to builders and creating a path for exceptional teams to earn directly from Ascend’s revenue. Introducing the Ascend Builder Incubator and Ascend Strategic Partner Program. Builders from every chain are welcome. DeFi protocols, memecoins, experiments with perps and outcome markets, AI products, consumer apps, and more. Come build and launch with Ascend. 1. Ascend Builder Incubator We’re allocating up to $250,000 in direct funding across selected incubator teams, with the potential to increase this commitment if we see an exceptional influx of high-quality projects. Builders will also receive KNTQ incentives through Ascend Points, hands-on development support, coordinated distribution, and targeted introductions to institutions, VCs, and ecosystem partners. They will also work with our new tokenomics and onchain growth specialist on token design, incentives, GTM strategy, and launch execution. His experience includes advising Pumpfun, Variational, and Monad as well as onchain projects reaching 9-figure valuations. Builders will also work directly with @tago_capital, a design, product, and development studio whose clients have collectively raised $80M in venture capital. Their team brings experience building with J.P. Morgan, Atlassian, the University of Oxford, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Canva, Macquarie Bank, and Infinex. Qualifying projects can pursue Ascended status and ecosystem buybacks, HyperCore spot listings, and eligible HIP-3 perpetual markets facilitated by our partner @Kinetiq_xyz 2. Ascend Strategic Partner Program Exceptional incubator teams and leading Ascend projects can earn a long-term economic partnership with Ascend, receiving the full incubator package plus recurring allocations from a dedicated portion of Ascend’s revenue. We’ll select one inaugural Strategic Partner from the incubator, based on product quality and our conviction in the team’s ability to execute. Each partner’s revenue allocation is split: 75% paid directly to the project’s treasury for development, salaries, and growth. 25% toward automatic open-market buybacks of the project’s token, separate from existing ecosystem buybacks for which it qualifies. This gives selected teams another income stream from Ascend itself, extending beyond their own token’s trading activity. Direct treasury payments require no token sale, helping fund development and operations without relying entirely on creator fees or selling tokens. Builders gain an ongoing financial relationship with the platform they help grow. Allocations depend on eligible Ascend revenue actually received. Apply to the incubator: forms.gle/WaMxDAimH2RkdxrX8 Tag a builder or project you wanna see on Ascend. We’ll select some of our favorite nominations for Ascend NFT whitelist spots.

Yesterday I talked about hyperliquid ecosystem and how it has consistently paid of to be early, based on popular demand, the alpha is elysium. What is Elysium? Elysium is Kinetiq's L2 on Hyperliquid, and its mainnet goes live on 9 Nov. Gas is paid in HYPE. Sequencer fees are split three ways: 50% buys back and burns KNTQ 25% goes to the apps building on it 25% goes to the Kinetiq treasury So every transaction buys KNTQ, and apps get paid for bringing activity. Mainnet is Nov 9 and i noticed some of you are sidelined and don't know where to look. In my opinion the money gets made on what launches on it. I mapped 24 projects building there but these 7 are where I'm spending my time before Nov 9. Most of them cost nothing.
A New Era for Hyperliquid, November 9th. See you on Elysium mainnet. e/acc

Variational literally raised over $60M from VCs and still allocated a whopping 32% of its token supply to the community as an airdrop, fully unlocked at TGE on day one. Meanwhile, some greedy founders spent years milking CT, generating tens to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, only to turn around and call the same people who supported them farmers, e-beggars and low-value users. They deserve absolutely zero pity, and it's no surprise that many of their chains ended up becoming ghost chains. You have absolutely no excuse not to be generous to a community that spent years creating awareness, using your product and contributing to your growth. If not for Hyperliquid, these people would've successfully convinced everyone that airdrops kill tokens. 😂 I genuinely hope upcoming TGEs learn from these titans who did right by their communities and are still proving that rewarding your users doesn't have to come at the expense of building a successful project. Community is everything. Treat yours accordingly.
