It’ll be hard to do business from a jail cell.

Do. Not. Buy. This. Garbage. We know it’s going to be garbage. Just play battlefront 2. Let EA rot.
EA has confirmed that DICE and Respawn are working on a new project together, adding more fuel to rumors about Star Wars: Battlefront 3. bit.ly/3U5mqVO

I’m actually never going to buy another game from EA so long as I live.

The silver lining behind the Amy Acton stuff is that I’m finally seeing republicans get back some sense of morality. If the year was 2024, they would be grinning and giggling at the thought of tormenting a Democrat who had been raped as a child.

BREAKING: The far-right German party that said nazi shit all the time was full of Nazis all along.
❗️ The AfD leak site's thousands of emails shows nazism from party members and staff labeled under racism/antisemitism. We went through the worst: 1. A 2018 email forwarded by Alexander Gauland concerns a "Hitler-Wallfahrt", a Hitler pilgrimage, by a former judge at the party's Thuringia arbitration court. 2. A member joked in a district WhatsApp group about turning refugees into handbags and boots, an allusion to the Nazi camps. 3. A district chairman quit, saying a board member sent a "Heil Hitler" Christmas card with a swastika and it was laughed off. 4. A Bavarian official urged party leaders to chant "Merkel verrecke", roughly "Merkel, croak", every day. 5. Federal party staff discussed luring a photographer to an event to remove him by force. The thread signs off "Heil und Sieg". 6. A 2025 NRW email is titled "Sale of swastika flags and drugs at the info stand". 7. This year alone, branches moved against members over a Nazi banner with a swastika, a Hitler impression and a call for machine guns against Arab clans.

Europe has learned literally fucking nothing
⚡️ European armies prepare for possible troop deployment to Ukraine — major military drills set to begin in Poland At least 1,500 military personnel, including troops from the UK, France and Germany, will travel to Poland next month for exercises aimed at preparing for a peacekeeping mission after the war ends. According to The Times, the troops will rehearse deploying forces and delivering supplies, including fuel and food. The newspaper notes that these will be the first exercises of their kind to simulate the presence of European troops in Ukraine as a deterrent against future aggression after the war. I hope the Ukrainians burn down every data center in Russia
Utterly surreal. Trump is explicitly admitting that he was relying on Putin's bot farms to manipulate US voters in the mid-term elections. Has any previous POTUS ever demanded that a hostile foreign nation must be allowed to interfere with American democracy? Naked treason.

I’m convinced that Trump gets some sort of sick thrill out of convincing women to get horrific plastic surgery.

Paramount is just eating a poison pill, and I give this merger two years before it dies just like WB-Discovery did.

*describes basic good business sense* Average businessman: “madness! It’s insane I tell you! How did she pull this off?!”
Asha Sharma Fixing a Microsoft Mess With Brutal Honesty | WSJ “She’s very intense,” said Stan Chudnovsky, who was Sharma’s boss at Meta. “She works very hard and she expects the people around her to work very hard as well.” In late 2025, she sat down in CEO Satya Nadella's office for a meeting and was stunned when he asked her to consider taking over Xbox. Company leaders liked how Sharma had put herself in the minds of AI developers despite no experience in that world and were confident she could do the same with gamers, Microsoft's chief people officer Amy Coleman said. Sharma was also one of Microsoft's few rising stars with experience running consumer businesses. Sharma said she concluded that Xbox had excellent game development capabilities, but would benefit from better strategy and execution—so she took the job. 'It wasn't, "Do I want to do this?" but, "Do I believe the theory of the case that I can add unique value?"' she said. In July, Sharma announced that Xbox would eliminate 3,200 jobs, about 20% of its staff, and cut the number of games it makes. Microsoft hasn't yet carried out 1,250 of the layoffs, and, as a result, some employees say anxiety in their ranks remains high. Others say they appreciate how serious Sharma is about stabilizing their business. "She's uniquely effective at cutting through and communicating clearly, 'Here's what the issues are and here's where the opportunities are,'" said Todd Howard After a decade of acquisitions and expansions by Spencer, Sharma is cutting output and focusing on key franchises she thinks have room to grow, like "Elder Scrolls" and "Halo." She wants to enhance user-created content on "Minecraft," which would position it as a more direct rival to "Roblox," and make Xbox an attractive distribution partner for independent developers. She wants to license more Xbox material for film and TV. And she recently stole one of Sony's top developers, "Metal Gear Solid" creator Hideo Kojima. She's won praise for removing a widely disliked Xbox AI assistant and making it easier for people who own games on discs to get digital copies. To better understand players, she spends a few hours each month responding to customer support tickets, during which she's learned how complex it can be to fix a single player's problem. via: WJS wsj.com/tech/xbox-microsoft-…

European supremacist attitudes towards Americans is making them learn all the wrong lessons from Trump taking over America. I’m very much afraid what they learned was “Americans are stupid, and we are smart, therefore something like Trump could never happen here”.

So then why tf would California allow the merger to go through? You’ve literally just shot your hostage if you push for this. Now either California blocks the merger and keeps WB HQ or lets it pass and loses everything.
🚨 JUST IN: Paramount is reportedly in advanced discussions to establish a new headquarters and major studio operation in Austin, Texas, as David Ellison weighs pulling the company out of California. The company is zeroing in on Austin’s Bluebonnet Business Center, including a 415,000-square-foot facility that could be converted for offices and soundstages. No final commitment has been made. The move comes as Paramount battles California AG Rob Bonta over its proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition. Ellison has reportedly threatened to begin moving operations out of California if the dispute is not on a path toward settlement by October 1. A Hollywood institution potentially shifting its headquarters and production infrastructure from California to Texas would be one of the most consequential corporate migrations yet.

I swear, Trump and the Iranian government deserve each other. Both are just dedicated to destroying any sympathy people have for their respective countries.

People really need to understand that every season of Legend of Korra was basically written as if it was going to be a final season. They basically had no room for weaving plot lines between seasons, and that’s why everything feels so insane in scale.
‘AVATAR AANG: THE LAST AIRBENDER’ creator Bryan Konietzko says keeping the story consistent with ‘THE LEGEND OF KORRA’ is a nightmare. “Oh, it’s a nightmare... It’s really hard.”
