I’m a 2x 6529 Meme artist. The first time, in 2025, I was approached by the team. The second time, I was voted in by the community. Both experiences brought more eyes and support to my work than almost anything else in this space. I’ve been here since early 2021. For years, I often felt overlooked, no matter how much work I put in. Maybe part of that was my refusal to stray from my own artistic vision. Not always the best strategy for visibility, but one I believe pays off in the long run. So why am I sharing this? Because the 6529 community gave me something I had struggled to find elsewhere in this space. A chance to be seen. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. Popularity often plays a bigger role than it should. But despite its flaws, it gave me an opportunity, and I’m grateful for that. I don’t pretend to know everything that goes on behind the scenes. I can only speak from my own experience. And my experience has been a positive one. That doesn’t mean I agree with everything or everyone. If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s to never follow anyone blindly. I’m here for the art. Always have been.
