@Dan_Schulman "delight" the customer. Nobody asked for this. @verizon is a 1 step forward 3 steps back company. Vz plans & prices matter much less when billing, systems & policies are broken. The most profitable customer segment (postpay) is loaded with pain points. Go prepaid.
