WOW! What great hospitality! How would you react in this situation? This is peak clown-world customer service. Woman pays. Asks for a receipt. Staff’s response? “Get the f*ck out of my lobby.” Twice. Then they tell her there’s no receipt on her account, she can go get it from “Mary,” claim “I am not Marriott” while standing in an AC Hotel (which is Marriott), and finally threaten to have Westport security escort her out by force. She just wanted the piece of paper that proves they took her money. That’s it. Somehow that earned her being sworn at and treated like a trespasser in a lobby she paid to walk into. This isn’t a bad day. This is the new standard some of these properties have decided is acceptable. Charge the guest, refuse the most basic documentation, escalate to security threats, and hope the camera stays off. Marriott Bonvoy, y’all seeing this? Because the rest of us are. Paying customers aren’t the problem. Staff who think the guest is the inconvenience are. Protect your receipt. And maybe start choosing hotels that still remember who’s actually funding the lights.

It’s a shopping area It’s a modern automated parking management system on Metropolis Parking’s platform that has License Plate Recognition cameras combined with phone-linked accounts and stored payment details Because this woman had been there before and paid, the system saved her data, recognized her by her phones signal and automatically charged her with a previous payment method Technology is going way too far
