coming from fighting games, K/D as a performance metric has always been interesting to me. a 1.27 W/L ratio in a fighting game would be very good, unless you're in the MR mines I suppose. shouldn't an evenly-skilled set mean players on average go 1:1, so 1.27 would be very good?
Some of the best COD players on the planet dropped a combined 1.27KD. Thank you Call of Duty for making sure everyone has the same experience regardless of how many years or hours of playtime they have over the years of trying to get better!
Who cares! Just throw it all away and make sure everyone has a "good" match right??
Maybe I'm just not in the shooter mentality yet, because I feel pretty good about myself in TF2 when I'm going above 1:1. but I guess that doesn't really use sbmm so that's pretty useless lmao

Comm for @base_launch!
only got about 60 hours, but the impression Im getting is this is a cool game with a lot of intricate character interactions - but if you try to take it too seriously you'll lose your mind
