True to DeFi ethos, we are in talks with major platform on Solana where $SER Solana Equity Reserve could be used as collateral to borrow USDC/SOL.
This would make the token more liquid and will unlock more venues for the treasury to acquire stocks.
They liked our approach of building in public and increasing awareness on Solana about DeFi + Meme!

Today at Solana Equity Reserve we did a POC proof of concept transactions to see how borrowing against equity works.
In days we will slowly ramp up this activity and creator's fee will be used in buying stocks, paying back loans and buying back $SER tokens and adding LP
What we are building is a flywheel which feeds itself and gradually builds up treasury and NAV.
We are also in touch with some of the DeFi protocols on Solana where tokens holders will be able to borrow cash against $SER token. But this comes at a later point.

100% of trading fee is used to buy Stocks via xStocks.
We have already purchased 7K worth of Stocks.
Since it is a community token and treasury belongs to community, it would be great if this wallet can be Multisig and you can be one of the co-signer.
The Creator token (10%) is locked with Jup as 6 months vesting. We only use trading fee for acquiring stocks.

the main thing for @jup_studio is to focus relentlessly on these 3 things.
1. improving the product for earnest creators who want to leverage a token towards any kind of pro-social outcome
2. growing a large community of supportive experimenters who can be the first to help promising projects get traction
3. creating tools for post launch graduation, growth and sustaining. Launch is just 0.000001% of the game, we would like to help in the 99.999999% of effort.
Last but not least, it has been extremely gratifying seeing so many people in the Jupiverse start & try and participate in the creation loop - that’s really one of the key reasons why we started studio - to unlock the ability of us to co-create together on an infinite variety of coin based ideas.
