Pyth's next move: 24/7 indices.
60 to 70 indices are already live, with bigger TradFi deals likely next year.

Holding an asset and owning its returns aren’t always the same thing.
Solomon explains how it tracks ownership through lending and liquidity pools so rewards reach the intended owner.

We're not operating a charity. This is a business.
Pyth went all in on Pyth Pro, because running oracles is expensive.

Ichigo from Helius says Mert Mumtaz personally recruits companies to Solana, but his fame sometimes overshadows Helius itself
"I owe my life to Mert Mumtaz. I would not be where I am today without him"
"I think what it comes down to is that whole philosophy of founder-led marketing. If nobody else is going to champion your company, if not your CEO, then who will? If not you, then who? If not now, then when?"
"You need somebody like Mert. You need your CEO on the ground, boots on ground"
Digi: "Going toe to toe with the chain founder as well"
Ichigo: "Of course, because if Solana wins, then Helius, by extension, we win. If everybody's building on Solana, we have the best products, we have the best distribution, ultimately we win"
"So I definitely think it comes from that whole founder-led marketing approach. You need somebody with that dog in them to say, 'This is what we're building, you guys should build here'"
"And some of those companies that you've mentioned that are on their website, a lot of those have been just Mert personally reaching out like, 'Oh, I know this guy. What's it going to take for you to build on Solana?' Or, 'Oh, you're going to launch on Solana. What do you need?' And then we're here to help"
"And so needless to say, I do think at times, depending on the crowd, Mert does overshadow a bit, like especially when you're at all those cool crypto parties and it's like, 'Yeah, the bald guy.' It's like, no idea what Helius does"

“Surveillance has become infrastructure.”
We're increasingly monitoring ourselves and calling it freedom.
But what if privacy wasn't about hiding everything, but having the power to choose what you reveal, and to whom?
With Helius acquiring Light Protocol and building a privacy layer on Solana, this conversation becomes even more relevant.
Ichigo from @Helius breaks it down.

Helius' Ichigo says Solana can't bring banks on-chain while everyone can see their transactions
"Going back to my criminology days, you have Bentham who basically said, 'Hey, we can make the perfect prison where you have a giant watchtower in the middle and a circle around it, and all the cells face inward'"
"Literally Eye of Sauron. You don't know if the watchtower is watching you, so you always behave as if you were being watched"
"So crypto takes this beautiful idea of privacy and selective disclosure and then just puts it on steroids. Then Solana really pumps it because it's fast, it's scalable, people can actually use it"
"And so it gets to a point where you have this auto-panopticon, where it's like a self-sustaining system of voluntary exposure, in which that watchtower has now become a ledger, it's become a dashboard, it's become your Twitter feed"
"And we're basically monitoring ourselves and calling it freedom"
"It's like, okay, well, if we actually want to bring finance on-chain, you can't bring banking on-chain if everybody can see it"
"There's no way that a huge bank client will be like, 'Yeah, I want everybody to know that I sent 20 bucks to this person and I invested in this company'"
"It just doesn't make any sense"

Ichigo from Helius says he was terrified when Bitwise, a firm with over $15 billion in client assets, needed him to build infrastructure for its Solana ETF
"I do wear many hats at Helius, at the time I was considered Research, and so, 'Evan, you're technical. Can you build out some of this infra for Bitwise?' I'm like, 'Dude, you're talking to me? Hold on'"
"And so it's like the whole imposter syndrome is, 'Okay, I have to build an internal API for Bitwise to use for their ETF to make sure it's compliant and they don't get sued. All right, cool'"
"Shout out Claude, shout out Google. No, but it took a lot of very meticulous planning"
"Basically, I made an internal validator API. One of the scariest things of my life"
"And then my other coworker, Matt, he made a bunch of Dune dashboards and other ways that we can verify the data that we're giving these guys is legit and it's within a very, very small percentage of error variance"
"And not, 'Hey, the fund's missing a couple billion dollars. What happened on-chain?'"
"Yeah, so it's really hype, really nice. It really speaks to us working with the larger institutions. It's a really nice foot in the door"
"It was like, 'Okay, we proved that if you want somebody of Bitwise's scale and magnitude to come on-chain, Helius, we're here to help'"
