Fabulous event and a pleasure to speak on behalf of @GPS_Healthcare @solihullcarers
The audience took the opportunity to ask our panel questions about the challenges for #carers given the #CostOfLivingCrisis. Our #CarersRightsDay event in #Solihull. @CHSHealthcare @SolihullCouncil #CABSolihull @act_on_energy @ageuksolihull #CaringCosts

Really excited to be bringing Group Clinics to @GPS_Healthcare. Will be looking to have these on Saturdays from October for those working weekdays. Can develop this into video group clinics if patients prefer it or would like the option? @HannahNurrish
OMG we’re on The One Show! Tonight the BBC will showcase how we’re using Video Group Clinics to help patients receive essential care and support without travelling to the surgery. Thanks go out to our superb patients and the team at Aughton Surgery for supporting this initiative!

A great reminder for Integrated care systems to remember to focus on prevention with our communities and primary care. Prevention is better than treatment. Let’s shift the thinking and stop fire fighting
Prevention is generally a better, cheaper option than treatment/cure. Yet often our systems are set up to encourage and reward treatment/cure. it's time to move upstream. Thank you @_workchronicles

Incredibly comprehensive analysis from @NicholasTimmins Shows what a hugely complex programme this has been/is. Lessons in here on effective public/private partnerships. Plus power of joint working at local level.

A call for the return of the family doctor. I couldn’t agree more, it’s safer, cost effective & increases satisfaction for patient & GP. Why then, have we tried to close small practices over the past few years? We have an obsession that bigger is better & this must change
The NHS is under massive pressure this Christmas but we should not let firefighting stop vital long term reforms. Here are my top three in today’s ⁦@Telegraph⁩

Great that boosters are going to be given to all over 18’s and 12-15 year olds will get a second dose of vaccine. But please don’t follow the advice from @BBCTheOneShow or @BBCNews to phone your GP about it. You will be contacted when your jab is available for you! #GetBoosted
