Imagination, creativity and allow a child to be a child is vital in their development and wellbeing.
Today I took my youngest to watch #IF I cried and I laughed but more of all I remembered the value of play.
I’ve been enjoying one day a week of entering secondary schools in Flintshire supporting young people to re-engage with school recently.
All the schools so far very welcoming and the young people are fab!
Arts & Crafts for Children with ALN
I will be holding a safe space for children with ALN to express their emotions through creative arts tonight at Ty Calon at 4:15pm, for one hour.
Tonight's session will mainly be based around colour and feelings and what this means to them.
Asking Parents/Carers of children with ALN…If I was to set up a creative therapy session over the summer would this be something that your children would be interested in attending? This would include things like painting feelings, drawing and talking, mask making, journaling …
