Imagine front-running the Anthropic IPO ticker, watching it send to $7.2M, and still getting rugged 90% in 15 minutes because you bought the wrong $ANT 🐜 1. The $7.2M Trap (VFck39…pump) Launched 80 minutes after the news, printed $5.4M in volume, and nuked straight back to ~$730K. Out of 10,200 wallets that traded it, Jupiter recorded just 16 real organic buyers ($4K organic flow). The rest was a wall of cloned ~0.21% bundle wallets dumping into the headline. 2. The Stonk Fun OG (BTZK1B…WwGp) Minted 49 days ago and paired directly against tokenized ANTHROPIC PreStocks. Instead of nuking, it ran 18x to ~$740K with 106 organic buyers ($65.5K organic flow) and clean holder sizing. 3. The 7-Day Anticipation Play (4Wdn6G…pump) Wicked to $1.2M on the headline before getting hit with sell-the-news down to ~$200K, despite 79 organic buyers. Did anyone here catch the Stonk pair, or did you touch the pump fun PvP?

48 hours into the Pumpfun boycott, the real takeaway is where the actual fees are landing. Dozens of spin-off launchpad wrappers have already pumped, pivoted, or bled out, yet $STONK (@LaunchOnSF) is quietly absorbing the base-layer flow: • Daily platform revenue jumped 3.2x day-over-day from $61.3K to $198.4K • 972K STONK burned in 24h (21.6% of initial supply now permanently gone) • Holding $102M circulating mcap on $40M 24h volume across 104K+ holders Traders keep chasing the newest wrapper, while the underlying toll road collects a cut on every experiment. Quick 10-hour follow-up on $LAUNCH (@_LaunchX) Several replies rightly pointed out that 5CEbue…SPAG is Stonk Fun's platform fee collector, not uselaunch's own wallet. Even stripping 5CEbue out completely, look at what happened 🤡 over the last 10 hours: 1. Across 200 "every 3 minutes" burn cycles, total LAUNCH supply moved from 989,893,291 to 989,871,686. That is just 21,604 tokens burned in 10 hours worth $28.37 ($0.14 per cycle) on $10.6M in 24h volume. 2. Meanwhile, uselaunch's own hot wallet (HgKfki…xVdk) grew from 354.5 SOL to 464.6 SOL (~$47K), while the token creator wallet (twamwH…d9LU) quietly transferred out 25 SOL at 03:41 UTC. 3. After getting pressed for hours about routing through Stonk Fun and Raydium LaunchLab, the team just announced they are "decoupling from Stonkfun", moving to "their own bonding curves", and hiking launch fees to 3% (only 1% to buybacks, 1% to the dev). 4. Here is what the dev wallet (HgKfki…xVdk) actually did on-chain minutes after that announcement: • At 06:36 UTC, it market-dumped its entire accumulated 65,489 STONK bag into Meteora for +84.24 SOL and kept all 84.24 SOL in the hot wallet instead of buying back LAUNCH. • At 06:50 UTC, instead of deploying "custom bonding curves", it called Raydium LaunchLab's standard CreatePlatformConfig (FyHBKP…F8iu) with fee_rate: 30000 (3%), creator_fee_rate: 0, and platform_scale: 1000000 (100% of migration LP fees to the platform, 0% to burn). Always verify the RPC logs over announcements.
Everyone pitching $LAUNCH as the "anti-Pumpfun savior" needs to look at what is actually happening on-chain right now 🤡 A quick Solana RPC check on the deployer wallets and marketing claims shows a completely different story: 1. "100% Buyback & Burn Every 3 Mins" vs. 566 SOL Hoarded Despite over $7.8M in 24h volume across pools, total on-chain supply is still 989,893,291, only 1.01% burned all day. Meanwhile, the master deployer wallet (HgKfki…xVdk) and its linked fee wallet (5CEbue…SPAG) are sitting on 566.2 SOL (>$100K) and 38.3K STONK, routing SOL between each other every minute while "hot-fixing" buybacks that were turned off for hours. 2. The Single Hot-Wallet Exploit (1,946 Dev Mints) It isn't a custom smart contract. It's a frontend wrapper calling Raydium LaunchLab from a single hot wallet (HgKfki…xVdk). Because the backend API wasn't protected, someone spammed it into deploying nearly 2,000 junk tokens today, flagging the dev wallet with 1,946 mints and knocking the site offline with HTTP 429 errors. 3. Sniper Distribution & "2% Auto-Dump" Fix Their own curve graduated in 4m 29s with ~19% scooped by early snipers split neatly into <3% wallets (AEtL29…U8Dk, CMQgBR…W5Q9, 5uxLEt…XcfZ), which have been unloading $3K–$12K clips into retail as mcap dropped from $4.2M to $1.7M. Even wilder: at 17:45 UTC the dev tweeted they are adding a "2% developer buy on every coin that will instantly sell" to fight snipers. 4. Zero Official Stonk Fun Backing The X account was created today at 08:39 UTC, has zero endorsement from @LaunchOnSF. Great narrative hook on paper, pure fee extraction under the hood. Always check the fee wallets before buying the "fair launch" pitch. NFA.

Pump fatigue just got its first real token. $LAUNCH went live on Stonk Fun around midday CET, graduated near $40K and printed a ~$2.35M high within ~6 hours. Why it moved: • The pitch is pure anti-Pumpfun: no dev Block 0 bundles, duplicate tickers blocked for 60 min, 100% of creator fees recycled into buybacks + burns every 3 min • The announcement did 100K views off a 1.5K-follower account. That's organic reach, not a raid • Jupiter organic score 83, 250+ organic buyers, ~5.2K holders in under 7 hours, top-10 ~16%, no wallet above 4% The part most people miss: the main pool is paired against $STONK, not SOL. Roughly 70% of today's volume went through that pair, so every LAUNCH bid is also a STONK bid. Risks: the deployer wallet shows ~290 prior mints, and a couple of mid-size wallets sold ~$27K into the ATH push. Snipers are still allowed by design. The narrative is real. The chart is a 50x-in-a-day chart. Size accordingly.

While $DACITY consolidates around $8M, the on-chain liquidity structure underneath is quietly getting stronger: • Pure SOL backing in Meteora DLMM pools grew +23.4% since yesterday's shakeout from 4,473 SOL to 5,522 SOL in the main pool (6,784 SOL / ~$688K across both SOL pools) • 94% of the main Meteora pool ($596K) is pure SOL stacked as bid support below spot, bringing total liquidity across Meteora + PumpSwap to $1.14M ($924K Jupiter core) • Active LP positions jumped +126% in 24h (from 255 to 577 positions), with $279.9K in cumulative fees already paid to LPs and 20,475 holders holding steady Obviously on-chain data is never a guarantee of future price action, but thickening SOL bid-depth during a cooldown is a very constructive signal. Everyone sees $BTC (Big Titty Coin, C5xph2…pump) ripping +252% to a $14.2M peak this morning. Almost nobody looked at the actual pool mechanics driving the squeeze: 1. Custom Quote-Token LP Sink Instead of pairing with SOL, dozens of parody tokens (LTC at $4.8M mcap, ETH at $1.8M, BNB, SUI) launched PumpSwap pools paired directly against C5xph2…pump as their quote asset. Those child LP pools alone now lock 10.8% of total BTC supply ($1.11M liquidity in LTC/BTC, $635K in ETH/BTC, $283K in BNB/BTC). Every buy on a child token forces router buy-pressure into the base token. 2. Extreme Float Compression Wallet 5YRgrP…Uzij (@slingoorio) holds 570.8M tokens - 57.59% of the entire supply in a single wallet. Between that 57.59% bag and 10.80% locked in DEX pools, over 68% of supply is off the market. 3. Why $40K Moved the Chart by $3.5M (and Who Sold Into It) With only ~31.6% effective float and $705K combined liquidity across the main SOL and WBTC pools, wallet 8deJ9x…XhU6 firing four $9.9K buy clips in 12 seconds was enough to send mcap from $10.5M to $14.27M. Seconds later, top-6 holder 4MCHAZ…Gjfc ($25K across two clips) and wallet AhD7f9…DmEn ($33.8K single clip) used that spike to distribute into retail. Clever custom-pair flywheel, or the most crowded exit door in the trenches if the 57.6% wallet ever flinches?

Here’s what’s actually driving the $swordcat run to $2.3M (+128% 24h) and the red flags showing up on the timeline. The on-chain good: Unlike most weekend runners, the spot book on main swordcat is surprisingly clean: • $1.75M 24h volume on $306K LP with an 81.2/100 organic score (1.54x organic buy/sell ratio over the last 6h) • 11,682 holders (+16% today) and top-10 wallets holding just 22.7% (0 RugCheck flags) What’s actually pushing it on X: Community accounts are milking an Elon heart-reply on an unrelated thread (@paranoidream) to pitch an "Elon effect" narrative. Two copycat contracts (3iUsZs…pump and 2EdD5y…SX6y) spawned on Pump and Orca with 51.9%–99.6% insider concentration trying to catch fat-finger buyers. Spot demand on the OG pair is holding up well. Just make sure you're looking at the real liquidity pool and not the high-insider clones riding its wake. NFA.

That $DACITY dip to $6M earlier was pure manipulation to bait into the copycat
Classic coordinated PvP play on $DACITY : A few wallets dumped main DACITY ($8.2M -> $6.1M) and rotated straight into the thin vamp pool to trigger tracker bots and fake a flippening. Result 15 mins later: • Original DACITY dip got eaten right back to ~$8M ($815K LP, 19.8K holders) • Vamp got dumped on at $5M by its own holders and bled back to $3.3M

Here’s what’s actually going on with $DACITY nxPqZ4F7ux8Vph5NFu25rEP6Kx9Gr1U6Fmj36Rjpump and the vampire play AudaCity $DaCityCoin DKYcjobF7HPtL9RyQBRdeRQ2iWvizpfbgWwPWNXdpump. Overnight the vamp kept pushing, broke its old ATH, and ran from ~$0.95M to ~$1.6M (briefly tagging ~$2.04M), while DACITY only slipped ~7% from $10.3M to $9.59M and held its $9M–$10M base. Despite all the "rotation" noise on the timeline, there’s no real capital flight: over the last 14 hours, confirmed rotation from DACITY into AudaCity was only ~$21K–$25K total. Where both stand right now DACITY : $9.59M mcap (-6.9% overnight; wicked to $8.64M and got bought right back up). Liquidity is deep at ~$905K (~$1.16M across pools), holders grew by +577 overnight to 19,631, and it just got added to Toobit DEX+. Overall organic volume is still low (~7.7%), but among real spot traders, buys actually beat sells ($126K vs $75K). AudaCity: $1.59M mcap (+70% overnight). Sent past its old $1.2M ATH up to ~$2.04M, then immediately retraced -22%. Liquidity is ~$95K–$145K (7–9x thinner than DACITY), holders at 2,903 (+1,048). Organic volume is ~7%, and even during the pump 24h sell volume outpaced buys ($537K vs $345K) — early wallets are using the green candles to distribute. 🚩 New red flag on AudaCity: linked insider wallets on RugCheck jumped from 78 to 177 overnight, with one cluster splitting from 29 into 123 child wallets (~25.3M tokens). What the whales actually did $DACITY #1 holder (DoLqxdyF…hypg, 40.78M tokens / ~$398K): hasn't sold a single token and holds 0 AudaCity. The wallet is active trading other pairs, though it stopped bidding $DACITY dips over the last 24h. Actual rotation ($DACITY → AudaCity): only one notable clip — 7RxUcn…koD1 sold $8.3K of $DACITY and aped $8.1K into AudaCity in the same minute (which triggered the @whalewatchalert ping). Four smaller wallets rotated ~$14K combined. Every other overlapping address is just a two-way arb/MM bot. Who pumped AudaCity to $2M: one wallet (Ha3u49…4m4T) fired 20 buy clips totaling $11.5K in 17 minutes into a thin book, while five larger holders (including top-10 wallets) immediately dumped ~$35K into that push. The X push Still zero real tier-1 KOLs on AudaCity. The overnight wave is a coordinated farm of copy-paste TG caller bots getting 1–200 views per post, a paid DexScreener update, and @MichaelLerro (1.5K followers) announcing he took over the CTO at $200K. The only thing giving the vamp real visibility is @whalewatchalert (195K followers) printing its first "DACITY whale bought DacityCoin" alert on that $8K swap.

Here’s what’s actually going on with $ANSEM What you’re watching is a full-blown confidence crisis in Ansem himself, and mid-sized whales are finally capitulating into a thin bid.
Sell volume is nearly 2x buy volume across the two main pools (~$997K sold vs ~$544K bought): 33vFB2…fVCr market-dumped ~$130K in two clips yesterday, sending it from $78M to $70M. FHpcNS…7wCT (~$86K) and 9CNyLE…vND2 (~$51K) nuked the chart together overnight, printing the $62.4M wick. AgmLJB…zN51 unloaded another ~$62K. Treasury/top holders aren't selling, but mid-sized whales are exiting in $40K–$130K clips and there’s zero real bid left to absorb it. Why holders are capitulating The $3 launchpad meme. Yesterday @0xSweep posted stats showing Ansem’s launchpad did literally $3 in daily revenue. It turned into a timeline joke instantly and killed whatever narrative was left around the ecosystem. An hour later, the first $130K whale clip hit the tape. Bagworkers are openly revolting. Top community voice @Saint10Fourteen dropped a 9-minute voice note (even RT’d by @BlackBullSol) admitting morale is in the gutter, the chart looks terrible, and Ansem has been a poor leader with zero communication. Ansem is MIA on his own coin. He claimed creator fees, yet hasn’t posted about $ANSEM in days instead he’s on the timeline promoting Polymarket NFL bets, Papertrade perps, and saying he’s getting cautious on the market. Then overnight, quotes circulated of him saying he didn’t even know about the token until $80M mcap. Right as that hit CT, the two overnight whales dumped ~$137K sub-$72M. Until @blknoiz06 actually steps up with buybacks, a supply lock/burn, or a real catalyst instead of side quests, whales are going to keep using every bounce as exit liquidity. NFA.

launched mallory.fun with @corbits_dev today in the midst of a 36 hour stretch of writing code to get to the finish line, finally getting some sleep mostly brutal honestly but there's so much scaffolding we have to get through to demonstrate the type of product we want to see, gotta just march through it and catch up on foundation so you can start shining on unique angles one step closer to the future of consumer experiences PS: while i'm here, enormous shoutout to the Grid team at @multisig who jumped into the trenches with us on zero notice tonight to help triage issues. if you're thinking about x402 and agents doing meaningful things on chain i don't know how you're looking at building on top of anyone else but squads - their vision for the future on this front is a full step ahead of anything else i've seen goodnight mallory
