Over the past few days, including today, multiple X Premium and Premium+ users have reported the same issue: the gift icon simply isn’t appearing on non-Premium profiles. X’s Help Center still says Premium gifting is available, but the button isn’t showing up for many users. That’s why we haven’t been able to gift @RichardHeartWin a blue check. If anyone can successfully gift him Premium, please help and DM us. We’ll reimburse the full cost! 🤝🤝🤝

Ask any AI about Richard Heart, it's the easiest intelligence test. Any local AI will hallucinate like crazy. I run my own local AI server. It sucks and will always suck, forever. Why? Because by batching a bunch of other people's requests together, any AI system outputs 5x to 10x more tokens per second. The state of the art new model that just released public weights yesterday requires about 1/2 a million dollars of hardware to run it. You will never ever break even on that, ever, compared to just spending on other, smarter, frontier models (currently chatgpt > claude > Kimi > GLM.) Your particular usecase will move those around. As you try and shove larger models into the pitiful amount of memory you have locally, they get dumber and dumber, and man, I mean real dumb. I'll post the lesson from all this in it's own post, for TLDR sake. Yeah I've got over 400 megs of VRAM, 192 cores overclocked, 400 gig of ddr5 * 6400mhz, it stills sucks lol.

IZRAEL JEST SKOŃCZONY ‼️ Tego nie da się już zamieść pod dywan. W sieci wylądowało gigantyczne, zdecentralizowane archiwum nagrań i zdjęć z Gazy, dokumentujące działania sił izraelskich.

You were born a slave on a tax plantation. Governments of the world, you can skip right to the endgame. Everyone must wear a soundproof helmet. The government AI only allows speech out that is allowed (rightthink.) The helmet only allows speech in that is allowed. Everyone has a curfew. When it's time, the visor goes full black. You can press a button for 5 minutes of emergency vision or potty break, your choice. Call it freedom. People that keep trying to hear wrongthink, or viewing the wrong things, get put on a list. Being on the list reduces your potty time and carbon allowance. Repeated attempts to circumvent the helmet reduce your protein allowance. Obviously, members of the government and law enforcement don't have to wear the helmets, they need clear vision to keep yours obstructed. Most of what I see governments doing these days are just watered down versions of this. Progress in AI, noise cancelling and battery life will help them achieve their ultimate goal. They're like dogs chasing cars. They don't know what they'd do if they caught one. But it's not a car, it's your god given freedom, and it greatly offends them. You want to scream, but you have no mouth.

It's quite a slippery slope to accept a government's control over speech, even the speech emitted by a machine, because how different really is the text you read from a book, or the text you read from an AI model? Today for the first time I'm aware of, a government made an AI company turn of it's model to the general public. This is interesting, because all the model does is generate "speech." You could say it emits knowledge. Humans also emit knowledge, and speech. Would it make sense then for the government to shut up humans that could have said or transmitted the same information the AI model could do? That would be an obvious violation of several rights guaranteed under the constitution. The most slippery of slopes. re: "Anthropic"

I try to get only 3 points across to @elonmusk. 1. Free speech is no replacement for better speech, you must promote what you believe in, at the cost of what the enemy believes in. 2. You must fight back against those trying to destroy you, and that means voting and politics, consistently. You have to directly tell them whom to vote for and why, smart posts alone don't get the job done. And you must do so internationally, because the attacks and those that want to help you win are international as well. 3. You will wish you invested in rejuvenation technology as you age, just like @TonyRobbins did, when I pitched him on his island in Fiji in 2003 or '04. Took him 20 years of decay to believe. 4. I posted to save you on that one mixup with not declaring your total % shares owned and intention regarding twitter, which would have saved you an SEC case had you noticed the tweet. And we have some of the same lawyers. I tried. I've livestreamed or voiced with @MarioNawfal , @ZubyMusic , @KimDotcom and others that have all livestreamed with @elonmusk, the chance the algo feeds him a useful to him post of mine is quite high. I would have said these things to him personally but for being kicked from chat by Kim as soon as soon as Elon joined the chat voice chat. Getting Elon to do what is right for himself is a shortcut to the world becoming better for us all. The things you care about might get more reach, the things you hate might become smaller, and when you need medicine, it might be there. It's a high leverage, low time investment strategy.

❤️💛💚💙 🚨 BREAKING 🚨 ⭐ Richard Heart name has been removed from "EU Most Wanted". HOWEVER -- it's still on the INTERPOL list. 🔴 This exact same thing happened right before his bogus "Aggravated Assault" charge was dropped. -- It was first removed from the Estrogen Union (EU) website. -- Shortly after, INTERPOL deleted it, as the information passed through 18 office workers discussing the legally correct way to open a door without offending anybody. VIDEO COMING SOON!

Today, the SDNY prosecutors filed a letter to Judge Failla requesting a retrial date. They want to go again in October. The prosecutors want to retry me on 2 counts the jury couldn't unanimously decide on. A jury of 12 Americans heard 4 weeks of evidence and deadlocked: no verdict on money laundering, and no verdict on sanctions violations. The government's response? Try again to make writing code a crime. @realDonaldTrump declared the "War on Crypto is over." 🇺🇸 AG @DAGToddBlanche's memo: DOJ "is not a digital assets regulator" and won't target mixers for end-user acts. @USTreasury lifted Tornado Cash sanctions entirely. ✅ Also Treasury, March 2026: "Lawful users of digital assets may leverage mixers to enable financial privacy." — official report to Congress under the GENIUS Act. But the SDNY prosecutors — same country, same DOJ — just filed to retry me anyway. 🤔 ⠀ The 2 counts = up to 40 years in federal prison. ⛓️ For writing open-source code. For a protocol I don't control. For transactions I never touched. A jury already couldn't agree this was criminal. But the SDNY prosecutors want to keep trying with the hope of getting a different answer. ⠀ I have a daughter. I have a life in Seattle. I will never stop fighting for freedom. ❤️ But I need to be honest with you: Four weeks of trial. A hung jury. Now they want to do it all over again in October. I have basically exhausted my legal defense funds. And I'm staring down another full federal trial. 😔 Every dollar raised goes directly to keeping this fight alive — attorneys, experts, the full defense apparatus it takes to stand up to the SDNY prosecutors. This isn't abstract. If I can't fund a defense, they win by default. If you care about financial privacy, if you write code and believe that code is speech — this is the moment. 💻🔐 👇

A testnet ProveX stats page has appeared that verifies the distribution. app.provex.com/#/stats You should check your PRVX balance on testnet scan.v4.testnet.pulsechain.c… Remember, this is test net, not main net. Also someone checking it all said: "We've just been made aware that a small number of addresses don't show their $PRVX balances on testnet. We've been looking into a 'missing sac' that was brought to our attention, and the token balance for the associated wallet isn't visible on the testnet explorer (despite being visible on the ProveX sac dashboard and the official distribution list) However, once we manually queried the testnet blockchain, it's apparent that the token is definitely there. This is seemingly just a UI issue on the block explorer for a small number of wallets. We urge you to check the balances of your wallets, but don't panic if it's not immediately visible. Reach out to us (or the official SimpleX link on the ProveX app) if something is missing, we're happy to help. Side-by-side comparison of the official distribution list vs testnet token balance data (directly queried on-chain) shows 4 discrepancies, all are related to the pool moving their balance to a contract and doing a few test distributions."

Crypto has been attacked by numerous entities over and over again. Human beings would go on television and say terrible things about the technologies you care about. Remember when youtubers were getting subpoenas for publishing public reporting on open source software? Very specific human beings did very specific things to cause vast and unjust harm. But here's the funniest part. Some of the people that have been harmed, lash out at the only people that actually care, instead of those with glorious track records of dealing damage. They're too stupid to see the bigger picture, so their peanut brains only lash out at what's recent on their mind. And the only recent thing, is the those that still care. Basically, they're useful fools to those that wish to destroy crypto.
