He was well thought of in Scotland. I listened to a radio Scotland documentary about him and his visit to meet some miners just outside Edinburgh. He apparently visited quite a few different mines. It was incredible Our local restaurant/bar were outstanding. The streets just filled up. We watched it in town Square pub. Place just went mental Car horns and fireworks all night Btw Vico Equense is a great wee place – at Edinburgh, Scotland

How long has this been there for? I was there when they won the league, or I was in Vico Equense down the coast. It was incredible. Especially if they found out we were Scottish. There was huge celebrations in Vico with quite a few saltires – at Edinburgh, Scotland
